2019 was an exciting year for the Espire-Sitecore partnership. We hit the sweet spot not once but several times. Right from bagging a win for the Best Personalized Experience - to winning laurels at Sitecore Symposium and tying up for multiple webinars & events across industries – the Espire + Sitecore has been the cynosure of all eyes.

Espire's alliance with Sitecore began in 2014, and we have come a long way since then. An undisputed leader in crafting superlative customer experiences (CX) - Sitecore has brought colossal value to digital transformation journeys of numerous Fortune 500 companies & small/medium businesses desiring to make their mark in a highly competitive business environment.

2019 was a remarkable year - not only did the Espire + Sitecore partnership clinch multiple significant wins, but we also had unprecedented success in all the events we partnered in.

So, here's unravelling the highs of the Espire Sitecore partnership 2019. We couldn’t be prouder of what we have achieved this year, together!

1. Espire now a Sitecore Gold partner in Australia & New Zealand

December was the month when all the work done with Sitecore during 2019 fructified into us becoming the coveted ‘Gold partner’ for Sitecore in Australia New Zealand (ANZ) region. This is a great achievement and will give us leeway to explore new opportunities for ushering in digital transformation & personalized experiences in this part of the globe.

2. Sitecore Symposium: Finding mention in Sitecore's Wall of Fame

We are elated to have been felicitated by Sitecore during the Sitecore Symposium this year. We were the winner in the Best Personalized Experience for our work done with the Australian Catholic University. The award recognizes brands/teams that build customer-centric, human connections in a digital world & deliver industry-leading, competitive business results - using Sitecore.

Standing tall with brands like United Health Group, Emirates NBD, and others we bagged an award for in the best personalized CX category for our work done with ACU.

3. Esko + Espire + Sitecore: 1: 1 Personalization Success Story

We are proud of our long association with printing major, Esko - it has been one of our major success stories in the digital experience space. Our webinar, titled, 'Crafting Personalised Customer Journeys with Sitecore to Drive Powerful 1:1 Targeted Campaigns' takes a deep-dive into the personalization story with Esko & Sitecore.

Presented by experts like Dominic Depret, (Esko), Charles Bell (Sitecore) and Saurabh Saxena, (Espire Infolabs) among others, the webinar also stressed the importance of 1:1 targeted product campaign for ensuring end customer engagement.

The key takeaway of the webinar as summed by Charles Bell was well encapsulated - "Personalization is a winding road and is all about the right content to the right person on the right device at the right time."

4. Unveiling the all new Sitecore 9.3 at Sitecore Symposium 2019, Orlando Florida

At the Sitecore Symposium 2019, Sitecore 9.3 was unveiled to take personalization several notches higher! Here's a quick brief about the all new Sitecore 9.3. taken from our blog Sitecore 9.3: Top 5 features to elevate experience of marketers.

"The primary focus of Sitecore's new release is to offer added features for better performance, faster time to market and ease of use. 5. Supercharging personalization goals for 2020 at Sitecore Experience Sydney & Singapore 2019

We addressed many of the top concerns faced by brands in terms of achieving their personalization goals - at the Sitecore Experience 2019 events in Sydney and in Singapore. We also provided key insights on how organizations can transform omnichannel customer experience by building actionable customer journeys and how they could power their business with effective customer conversion strategies and marketing automation tools.

The showstopper at the events was Espire’s very own personalized offering – a coffee mug with live caricatures, of all who stopped by our booth. A crowd puller, that won us our fair share of happy faces.

Moreover, in a keynote address - Espire CEO and MD, Gagan Oberoi talked about the Impact of Effective Personalization to Supercharge Business Outcomes & presented several case studies to show how Espire solved real business problems with personalization.

6. SUGCON Sydney: Lessons in personalization & connecting data dots

Data is the key to crafting a winning CX. Unfortunately, most organizations are still in the dark on how to use Big Data profitably. At SUGCON, Sydney - Vikas Kumar highlighted his thoughts on how to get there. During his session on "Connect all data dots", he also elaborated how we could use data to drive personalized CX.

7. Winning Students in the Digital Age, powered by Sitecore

The higher education industry is in a state of flux. Trying to woo the millennial student is no more an easy job. In our webinar with Sitecore and ACU, we emphasized on how institutes can up student experiences with apposite personalization strategies.

We had an interesting power-packed session with the leaders in the education industry at Melbourne, Australia. The objective – brainstorm on the ways and means higher education institutes could up the digital game.

10. Delivering Personalization with Sitecore XConnect APIs and Custom Facet Data

An interesting webinar and a step-by step guide on custom personalization rules with custom facet data presented by Vikas Kumar and Surbhi Kochhar. One of the most read blogs this year.
