As we move deeper in the new normal, with the entire world traversing through the pandemic - the need to reopen global economies have never been more serious, to ensure sustenance.

Starting September 1, India has initiated its 4th phase to unlock the economy, with resumption of metro services after more than 5 months and restarting domestic flight operations in some states. Though the COVID-19 situation is being handled in an efficient way by local and state authorities, however, based on government recommendations - we at Espire have extended work from home (WFH) to all offshore employees till 31st December 2020.

Resilience, adaptability, and agility are going to be our key foundations to provide seamless services, in an uncertain environment. Since WFH will be the new normal, considerable focus have been given on data & cloud security - with regular penetration testing and vulnerability testing.

With over 2 decades of experience behind us, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences to our customers and partners, worldwide. Adopting an end-to-end cross enterprise approach, we have been seamlessly connecting digital experiences with back-end management and operations systems. Thereby, creating a homegrown Customer Engagement HUB to lead digital experiences across industries - from consultation to final implementation, and managed services thereafter.

While delivering digital at scale, we have also helped brands develop, modernise and manage legacy systems - empowering our clients to be resilient to changing business dynamics and operational efficiencies.

Continuing with our industry vertical focus and after establishing core capabilities for Insurance and Education sectors, we have also taken this time to strengthen our capabilities for the Logistics sector, which forms the backbone of supply chain management for all economies, in present times.
