London, UK - 29 July, 2022 - We are delighted to share that Espire Infolabs has been chosen as a finalist at the UK Customer Experience Awards (CXA) 2022 for delivering Best Digital Transformation to UK’s leading brands
With a focus on Total Experience (TX) approach, Espire Infolabs is providing scalable technology solutions for businesses in various industries/sectors with special focus to Logistics, BFSI, Print & Utilities.
It's a proud moment for us to become a finalist not for one but for both of our nominations in UK CXA’22.
For 1st nomination, we have showcased our success story of developing a state-of-the-art custom application for the longest serving government-approved deposit protection scheme in England & Wales. The project is aimed at enhancing customer experience (CX-landlords, tenants and letting agents), employee experience (EX-adjudicators) and business experience (BX- process efficiency) by providing automated and seamless solutions for tenants, letting agents, landlords and internal users whenever dispute arises.
For our 2nd nomination, we have been selected as finalist for our vision of creating a marketplace based on packaged business capabilities (PBCs) resolving problems faced not only by our customer but by logistics industry at large. Our solution has been instrumental in fast-tracking its digital transformation journey and unlocking growth with enhanced CX, EX and BX by providing self-serve & plug-n-play features to its customers, increasing effective collaboration among regional teams and enabling faster turnaround time in setting up of Warehouse Management System worldwide.
We are excited & looking forward to the finals of UK CXA’22 at Wembley Stadium, London on 12th Oct 2022.
