As a part of the assessment process, measurement was done on Espire employees’ trust based on critical dimensions such as Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, & Camaraderie. Espire scored an impressive TRUST INDEX™ Score of 88 on these dimensions- reflecting on our employees’ pride in Espire & enabling us to be Great Place to Work Certified™ (Feb 2024 – Feb 2025), once again.

Further to that, Great Place to Work independently assessed the people practices at Espire with regards to Trust, Maximizing Human Potential, Values, Leadership Effectiveness, Innovation by All, as the key elements for assessing of effectiveness of Espire’s initiatives which paved Espire’s way to this prestigious recognition of being ranked 48 in Top 100 India’s Great Mid -Size Workplaces 2024, across industry sectors.

Interestingly, our research identifies 'Fair Performance Evaluations,' 'Care for Employees,' 'Walking the Talk' (leadership by example), 'Leadership Development,' and 'Talent Attraction' as key drivers of employee satisfaction in mid-size organizations for 2024. This underscores the need for a balanced focus on various management practices.
