Today, our world is facing exceptional & unprecedented times, with COVID-19 being declared as a Pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). In this moment of truth - all of us stand united against the spread of COVID-19, and Espire is dedicated to this mission as we are diligently working towards implementing health & safety recommendations issued by WHO, and national & local authorities.

Health and safety of employees hold paramount importance to us. Towards this cause, a host of measures have been taken to safeguard sound health for all, at Espire.

Strong governance on health & safety and on service delivery are in place to ensure business continuity, as this the key to sustain in these testing times. Moreover, a strong disaster management plan has been established, on account of a lockdown in the country.

We have also formed dedicated committees at global, regional, and functional levels to support employees and clients, in this hour of need.

Some of measures for employees, partners and customers have been detailed below:

• Employees have been enabled to work from home, along with IT infra readiness from all operational sites
• A clean & hygienic workplace - recurrent deep cleaning services, provision of personal hygiene supplies, and thermal screening
• Restricted travel policy – pause on all international business travel, following advisories released by government bodies
  
  

We, at Espire, are committed to combat the adverse effects of COVID-19 and continue to provide uninterrupted services to our business fraternity, while ensuring that the health & safety of our employees is not compromised.
