The client was finding it increasingly difficult to maintain, organize and store the related case documents. There was a need for reviving its current database by building in new functionalities. The project was to focus on Site Hierarchy, Navigation Model and Management of this structure from a site administration perspective. It was identified that a document management solution was to be implemented to enable a more streamlined process for managing the documents and complementing the procedures.
Espire's team worked closely with the Client’s in-house technical teams and other suppliers and ensured that the database was delivered true to the specifications and requirements of the Client. The objective of the CMS was to deliver a Document Management (DM) solution which will allow users to organize, capture and search electronic content in an efficient manner.
