Espire helped the customer create a TRB form by leveraging MS Power Apps using Canvas Apps

• The TRB form filling and submission has a simple process:
  • The student is required to sign into O365 to access, fill and save the form
  • Once the form is submitted, a notification will be shared with the manager for approval
  • The data can be downloaded by the user in the Excel format
• The submitted forms will get automatically stored in SharePoint
• The approval process is built using Power Automate, the approving authority will receive an instant notification to approve/reject the form
• Developed an additional signature functionality in which the students will be able to sign the form using a stylus, mouse or even their fingers
