Dear Valued Customers & Partners,
With the rapid increase of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, our world is witnessing exceptional & unprecedented times. In these times, we are committed to the Health & Safety of our employees, customers and partners, along with owning a social responsibility towards addressing the cause.
Espire is diligently working towards implementing latest Health & Safety recommendations issued by WHO, and National & local authorities.
With the government authorities calling for lockdown for the next 3 weeks till April 15th, we have initiated the next step of our Business Continuity Plan (BCP), where all our resources have been Working from Home (WFH) from 23rd March. Thereby, we have moved laptops & desktops to all team members’ homes – connected using secured links with respective VMs (virtual machines), to ensure smooth services to Espire customers.
At Espire, we are certified for ISO 22301:2012 standard for BCP and all processes & plans are aligned towards that standard.
Strong governance is in place where project managers, along with the Espire quality & security assurance group is tracking work every day. Furthermore, Microsoft Teams implementation have been successfully made on all systems being used by our workforce, to ensure collaboration & real-time communications towards better business outcomes.
Most of our work is based on datacentres of our customers. However, our very own Espire servers are set up in Azure Cloud or in our data centres, which are being actively managed from Delhi and Gurugram-based IT Infra teams.
We, at Espire, are committed to combat the adverse effects of COVID-19 and continue to provide uninterrupted services to our business fraternity, while ensuring that the health & safety of our employees is not compromised.
In these testing times, we are confident that with all proper planning and actions in place, we’ll be able to pull through this period with all our employees, customers and partners – along with smooth services. We’ll keep you informed on further updates.
Thank you for your continued patience and support during this time.
