Developing a CMS Based Tourism Portal with E-commerce Facility
Espire designed and developed a CMS based portal which facilitated effective dissemination of information about England’s tourism, hotel availability, events and attractions. It eventually became the most widely used Web application for travel information about Britain. The portals doubled up as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools that took input as users’ registration information and displayed all promotional activities of the organisation.
Espire’s solution catered to a wide range of services, such as online hotel booking, preparation of event calendar, tube and national rail tickets purchasing and air ticket booking.
