With Espire since its inception, Gagan leads from the front and is responsible for the formulation and implementation of Espire’s global business expansion and excellence in customer experience. As head of the executive management team, he works towards setting the business directions of the company, identifying strategic opportunities for growth and for modelling the required transformational and operational changes within Espire.
Over a career spanning 30 years in the IT industry, Gagan has held various senior management roles including Head of Delivery, during which he has successfully managed the delivery of large global projects. He has gained tremendous experience in diverse services, domains and industries. Under his leadership, Espire achieved the unique position of being among the very first companies in the world to be appraised for CMMI quality standards. He has been the driving force behind Espire's successful appraisal for CMMI level 5 Ver 1.3 (Dev + SVC) and accreditations in ISO 27001:2005 and ISO 9001:2008.
Gagan has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, with a Senior Management Programme certification from the premier Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Gagan has also received processes training from the Carnegie Mellon University and KPMG. When taking a break from his work commitments, Gagan enjoys a game of chess and is a die-hard fan of classic Bollywood movies.
Chief Financial Officer
Rajesh has over 18 years of Industry experience and is responsible for the entire financial management of the company, including implementing transformational changes in financial planning & strategy and, operational efficiencies for business continuity in managing various financial and commercial functions. During this period he has contributed to various aspects in finance such as Finance & Accounts, Treasury, Corporate Finance and Taxation.
Prior to joining Espire Infolabs, Rajesh has had various stints with companies such as Remy Cointreau & CK Birla. He has an MBA in Finance and International Trade and has gathered significant experience working with a diverse range of industries belonging to the services, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.
HR & Talent Acquisition
Deepti leads Human Resources Management and Talent Acquisition at Espire and is responsible for the complete spectrum of HRM and Talent Acquisition, globally. Her role encompasses providing strategic and operational leadership for developing and implementing HR and recruitment strategies, implementing employee engagement & welfare initiatives. She is also the lead enabler for programs designed to encourage excellence in employee performance and career growth.
Deepti is a post graduate in Business Administration with a specialization in HR and has over 18 years of experience in Human resources, primarily in the IT and Education (Online Testing) industry. She has demonstrated skills and expertise as a HR leader in various roles with leading organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, music and some light reading.
Naushad heads the North America Sales organization for Espire. He leads all initiatives for expanding Espire’s presence within the North America market, including developing sales strategies and overseeing their implementation. He is responsible for managing client relationships and expectations. In his current role, Naushad has been instrumental in crafting strategic partner alliances with global technology majors such as Pitney Bowes, GMC & SDL, which plays a key role in Espire’s growth in the Digital Experience Management space.
Naushad has worked in the IT Products and Services Industry for close to 30 years in Sales, Operations and Management roles. He has headed the North American operations for leading technology companies including Saksoft, Intelligium, Aditya Birla Minacs and NIIT Technologies and has closed large business deals globally across four continents. He is the recipient of several industry awards including the Catalyst Magazine’s Top 25 Entrepreneurs and Ones to Watch Award. He was nominated for TiE Entrepreneur of the year, and has received the RCB Eagles award from the Herman J. Russell, Sr. International Centre for Entrepreneurship at the Robinson College of Business (RCB), Georgia State University for founding one of the fastest growing businesses in the South East US.
Naushad is a post graduate in Management from IRMA and lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his family. He is an active sportsman and enjoys his music.

Pravin leads the European business operations for Espire with emphasis on developing and managing strategic accounts for the region. As a strong advocate of Customer Centric Solutions, he has been leading the UK/Europe region’s initiatives to bring about exponential growth from our Customer Communications and Digital Content Management business lines. Pravin initiated crucial partner alliances with global organizations in the digital and customer experience domain such as SDL, Pitney Bowes & Doxee.
Pravin has over 30 years’ experience in the IT Services Sector, working across the US and Europe. For the past 20 years, Pravin gained valuable experience in the ERP domain, working in diverse roles ranging from developing solutions to executive management roles. He has also spent a number of years developing the SME IT Sector in the UK and Strategic Vendor Management at Cap Gemini. Prior to joining Espire, Pravin was Head of Technology (Customer Communication Management) with Pitney Bowes. Pravin is a keen golfer.
Australia & New Zealand
With Espire for over 11 years now, Ramneet (Ram) Bali in his current role heads business for Australia & New Zealand and is responsible for developing and managing Espire’s revenue expansion strategies and sales goals for Australia, New Zealand & the Pacific Islands.
During the 11 years Ram has been with Espire, he has directly contributed to Espire’s prominent presence in the Australian region as a leading technology solutions provider and has managed successful long term client engagements. Ram has rich experience in the adoption of customer centric IT solutions to drive ROI in diverse domains ranging from Insurance, Automotives, Telecommunications and Engineering.
Ram holds a degree in finance and is very passionate about his music collection.
South East Asia
As Head of Espire’s SEA business, Ashish provides strategic and operational leadership for new customer acquisitions and to strengthen customer relationships within the region. He also leads all partner relationships within the region and played a leadership role in executing key partner alliances for Espire with Sitecore and HP Exstream – both companies being leaders in the customer experience and communications domain.
Ashish has 25 years of rich industry experience in various capacities including that of Global Head of Business Development for Interakt Digital Group and Regional Head of Asia Pacific for The Boston Group. Ashish has a successful track record of serving clients with various solutions in multiple domains such as ERP, eLearning, Digital Marketing and Web Consulting.

Vikas Dev Jamwal
Global Delivery Head Digital Content Management & Application Management
With Espire since 2004, Vikas leads the delivery organization of Digital Content Management & Application Management. He drives digital transformation services at Espire, with focus on customer experience & delivery excellence. Vikas’ responsibilities include defining best practices for project & process effectiveness, with emphasis on delivery of projects that strictly adhere to client objectives, budgets and timelines. He actively collaborates with Sales for project feasibility studies and client engagement initiatives.
Overall, Vikas has 19+ years of experience in various technical roles. During this period he has gained expertise working on major digital content management systems such as SDL & SharePoint for some of the top Fortune 500 companies. He also has in-depth knowledge of business functions across a wide spectrum of industries ranging from Telecom, BFSI, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Travel & Sports.
He is a Bachelor of Technology with specialization in Computer Science and a Masters in Business Administration (IT).

Suhail heads Delivery of Projects for Enterprise Solutions and IT Infrastructure Management at Espire. He ensures implementation and delivery of all projects under this Business Unit conforms to Espire’s quality benchmarks, customer goals and ROI. Suhail leads best practices in effective process excellence and project deliveries, project management and capacity building. He also provides valuable support to our Enterprise Solutions and Infrastructure practices. Integral to Suhail’s responsibility is ensuring that excellent customer satisfaction and experience is maintained during the whole lifecycle of projects.
Suhail is an ITIL certified professional and was part of the core team that worked towards Espire’s successful appraisal for SEI-CMMI Level 5 Ver 1.3 (Dev +SVC).
Suhail has over 20 years of experience in global IT solutions delivery. In his previous assignments with Organizations such as Fujitsu Consulting, Suhail played a key role in the expansion of Oracle Services to the Middle East countries and has led the implementation of large Infrastructure and ERP solutions in companies with turnovers ranging from 1-7 $Billion. He has developed deep insight into core business functions of multiple industries, such as Manufacturing (Cable, Wire and Rope), FMCG, Retail, Logistics, ISV and Government.

Nagesh heads the global delivery organization for Customer Communications Management (CCM) Services at Espire. He is responsible for managing successful deliveries to all global customers for Multi-Channel CCM Services. He oversees programs and initiatives for the smooth functioning of Espire’s CCM Offshore Development Centers, ensuring clients receive high standards in customer experience, and ROI. Nagesh's responsibilities also include implementing quality benchmarks, best practices and effective program management principles to exceed our client’s expectations.
Nagesh has over 19+ years of experience, playing various technical and leadership roles including Product Development projects, Software Architecture, Consulting & Delivery Management in International environments. He has worked with top Fortune 500 companies to support their CCM, CRM, Web Content Management and eLearning initiatives. Nagesh has Proven expertise in strategy, risk management and business planning, reducing waste and cost through process re-design and agile management.
Nagesh has a Masters in Computers Applications along with Senior Management Program Certification from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He loves to travel and enjoys long drives, movies and music.

Sapna leads the quality excellence function at Espire. At Espire, she oversees initiatives for organization wide process definition, refinement and risk assessment. Sapna ensures Projects delivered by Espire are managed optimally throughout the project lifecycle and conform to client expectations and timelines. She provides guidance for process and functional assessments. Sapna also recommends improvements in the development organization of our clients.
Sapna played a key role in Espire’s successful appraisal for CMMI Level 5 Ver 1.3 (Dev + SVC). She has over 20 years of industry experience in various roles ranging from process improvement, business analysis, metrics and customer intelligence.

Sanjeev heads the service delivery organization for the UK and Europe region. He ensures our clients have the right solutions delivered to them, at the right cost and within the timelines committed to them. Sanjeev actively engages with clients to understand project expectations and business pain points, with recommendations for adoption of new technology and automation processes. Sanjeev’s key objective is to ensure Espire’s clients get the best solutions they need that will increase their ROI and improve efficiencies in processes, whilst keeping a tight control on the TCO. He serves as the main bridge of communication between the regional clients and project teams based offshore – making sure top customer experience at all times for our clients.
Sanjeev has over 20 years of experience in IT product and services industry. Sanjeev is a technology enthusiast and has played various leadership roles in building the Microsoft and Cloud Practice, Delivery & Presales functions for companies such as Microsoft , Lionbridge, Yash Technologies and Aditi Technologies. Before moving to the UK in his current role, Sanjeev headed the presales and architecture functions at Espire.

Ashwani (Ash) Malhotra
Service Delivery Head Australia & New Zealand
Ash heads Service Delivery for Espire’s Australia & New Zealand operations. Ensuring excellent client satisfaction is Ash’s key responsibility. Involved right from the initiation of a client engagement, Ash ensures of all aspects of service delivery conforms to excellent customer experience and outcomes for our clients. He oversees the management of project requirements and serves as a bridge between the client and the project delivery teams in Espire.
Actively involved through the whole client lifecycle, Ash co-ordinates and participates in the monitoring and review processes related to service delivery and, helps identify issues impacting service excellence objectives.
Ash has over 16 years’ experience in the IT industry, playing diverse and mixed roles in areas such as core Technology and Service Delivery.
A person with a happy and cheerful disposition, Ash is a fitness enthusiast and loves his gym time.
Service Delivery HeadSouth East Asia
Nitesh heads service delivery for Espire’s South East Asia Clients and serves as the primary contact between the client and the development teams. He ensures customer expectations and objectives are captured and relayed between internal teams, with firm commitment to project timelines and customer experience. Responsible for developing a thorough understanding of the client’s business functions and IT roadmap, Nitesh actively provides solutions that best fit a client’s need and ROI. Nitesh plays the lead role in capacity planning, risk and KPI management for client projects. He supports the internal teams with inputs for client solutions and proposals and is actively involved in transition planning for new contracts.
Nitesh has over 15+ years of experience, primarily in Microsoft and Oracle technologies. In his previous roles Nitesh has managed large projects for global organizations such as Citibank and Computer Science Corporation (CSC). Nitesh is a post graduate in Computer Science Application and is based in Singapore.
Practice Head Multi-Channel Customer Communications
Amardeep heads the Multi-Channel Customer Communications Management (MCCCM) practice for Espire. He has overall 13 years of industry experience in various roles, with 9 of those being exclusively in the Customer Communications domain. He brings an in-depth knowledge of the latest advances in MCCCM tools and technologies, deployment procedures and best practices in MCCCM and, has hands-on expertise with leading MCCCM technologies from Pitney Bowes, HP, GMC & Doxee.
With his team, Amardeep ensures capability building within our MCCCM specialization and leads the capture and sharing of knowledge repositories from MCCCM projects. He also helps establish unified rapid implementation frameworks and project roadmaps for MCCCM practice that ensure optimization of project costs and roll-out time. Amardeep also works closely with the sales and marketing teams to bring industry perspectives of current MCCCM trends, to help bring value added services for our global clients.

Vikas heads the Digital Content Management practice at Espire. He leads all initiatives for competency building within the practice, especially on WCM platforms such as SDL, Sitecore, Acquia (Drupal) and Hippo. Vikas plays a key role in the design and development of best practices that can help our clients implement customer experience initiatives. He is actively involved in all strategy sessions and collaborates with the project delivery and service excellence teams for deployment & roadmap, architectural guidance/reviews, and capability scaling for DCM practice at Espire.
Certified in SDL and Sitecore WCM platforms, Vikas has close to 15 Years’ experience in technology consulting, spanning diverse industry verticals and geographies; with core expertise in Web Content Management, Content Driven Marketing, E-Commerce, Personalisation, Marketing Automation and UX/Mobility.

Manmath leads the Experience Design Practice at Espire. With over 14 years in the UX domain, Manmath leads our initiatives towards ensuring everything we develop - whether it is a digital platform or a front-end application - will offer a differentiated customer value and user experience for our clients. He guides the team in implementing best practices in experience design, design trends, UX frameworks, usability and interaction models.
Manmath and his team work closely with development teams and our clients to bridge any gaps in understanding usability expectations. He ensures Espires’ product designs offer opportunities for brand loyalty and end-customer engagement for our clients.
Manmath has experience working both with Digital Agencies and IT organizations and is a Bachelor in Computer Science.
Rafat heads the Salesforce.com practice for Espire. He is responsible for driving our Salesforce capacity build and strategy. Playing the lead role in delivering innovative customer focused solutions for Salesforce implementation, Rafat contributes to the solution design, architecture and consulting, while helping create and manage Espire’s knowledge bank of Salesforce re-usable assets.
With over 27 years' in the IT industry, Rafat is a certified consultant for Salesforce.com, SIEBEL and SalesLogix and has pioneered Guest Services Management systems for premium international hotel chains, such as the Intercontinental Hotels, Hyatt International and Carlton Hospitality. He is an accomplished cloud-based software solutions architect for sales, marketing, customer service and allied business functions. Specializing in Salesforce since 2003, Rafat has played lead roles in the successful implementation of over 200+ of Salesforce projects for Fortune 500 companies, worldwide. Involved in end-to-end project life cycles Rafat has, over the years, built an impressive depth of experience working on large software projects for Fortune 500 companies such as Electrolux, Carrier Aircon, JP Morgan Chase, British Telecom, Office Depot, Wal-Mart, AOL and Liberty Mutual.
Outside of his professional career, Rafat pursues his interests in Aquaponics, Exotic Pets and Plants.
At Espire, Raj heads the Microsoft Practice. He leads initiatives for capability building within our Microsoft Practice and, facilitates knowledge sharing between various internal functions. He is responsible for bringing innovation in Microsoft based solutions from Espire. Raj leads initiatives for developing and implementing best practices in Microsoft deployment & roadmap, architectural guidance/reviews, harvesting IP and capacity scaling in the Microsoft team, with emphasis on customer experience and ROI.
Raj played a leadership role in incubating the SharePoint Practice at Espire and was a significant catalyst in the conception and successful delivery of innovative Microsoft based solutions, especially around SharePoint, 0365, BI, Touchpoints, ALM and Security etc., In addition to his role in Microsoft practice, he is also leading the development of our Document Management service line.
Raj has over 15 Years’ experience in technology consulting, spanning diverse industry verticals and geographies. He has gained valuable knowledge working with global organizations including a long stint with Microsoft for close to 7 years.
Anand Singh Bhandari
Practice HeadBusiness Intelligence & Analytics
Anand heads the Business Intelligence practice for Espire, playing the lead role in establishing best practices and our roadmap for a robust BI practice. He ensures development and implementation of frameworks for rapid project deployment and capability enhancements in the group. He is also responsible for establishing knowledge banks, architecture/reviews and documentations related to his practice and sharing them with Delivery, Presales other internal functions. In essence, Anand plays the key role in introducing innovation in the BI practice, to help the Espire team with recommendations for the best and most optimal solution to our clients - in the shortest time possible.
He has over 15 years of experience in the field of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, providing Delivery, Sales & Presales with support to help bring large deals onboard. He has considerable experience in implementing BI projects on cloud platforms such as HDFS, YARN, Hive, Impala, PIG and Hue.
He has engaged and provided Fortune 500 Companies such as - DELL, Sears, Sabre, Bloomberg, Sun Country Airlines, SITA, Carnival Corp (United States) and Samsung (South Korea) with is BI expertise. He has in-depth knowledge of business functions in verticals ranging from Insurance, Retail , Health and Aviation.
