In an interview with NASSCOM, Gagan Oberoi, MD & CEO of Espire Infolabs discussed at length on various topics ranging from customer journeys to customer experience, how digital transformation is changing the industry landscape, design thinking in the digital world, balancing legacy business and customer first approach to business. He spoke about the origin of the company and how with shift in IT services landscape, the company forayed into digital experience management and offered enhanced customer experience through delivery of personalized and contextualized information to the users. He stressed that customer experience must be consistent across all touch points to have a meaningful impact. And how increase in the volume of transactions, number of touch points, channels and customer interactions have led to rapid adoption of cloud-based strategy.
He strongly believes that a happy customer requires a passionate employee and that's why employee training and upskilling is a priority at Espire. Gagan underlines the focus of his organization into customer experience and content services, including digital experience platform, customer communication management and content collaboration in combination with artificial intelligence, RPA, cloud, integration and managed services.
