He is responsible for managing successful deliveries to all global customers for Multi-Channel CCM Services with expertise in CRM, billing and business intelligence tools. He oversees programs and initiatives for the smooth functioning of Espire’s CCM Offshore Development Centers, ensuring clients receive high standards in customer experience, and ROI.
Yogesh has over 15 years of experience, executing small to large size projects ensuring quality standards. Yogesh's responsibilities also include implementing quality benchmarks, best practices and effective program management principles to exceed our client’s expectations. He has proven expertise in strategy, risk management and business planning, reducing waste and cost through process re-design and agile management. He brings an in-depth knowledge of the latest advances in MCCCM tools and technologies, deployment procedures and best practices in MCCCM.
