Espire Infolabs Launches India's First Japanese Language Call Center
Espire Infolabs Pvt. Ltd, India and MasterPiece Group, Inc. Japan and Change Co., Ltd. (erstwhile Success TRC Pvt. Ltd), Japan start India's first Japanese Language call center in New Delhi, India. Japanese operators are working in this call center for inbound and outbound processes using Japanese language.
It's a proud moment for Espire and India. In a way we have come a full circle, from initially offshoring and sending people abroad to having Foreign nationals live and work in India.

The companies have setup a joint venture company in Japan by the Name of "Masterpiece Espire India Co. Ltd." having its headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. Mr Sachin Chowdhery would be serving as the CEO of Materpiece Espire India MasterPiece Group, Inc. (MPG), owing a capital of 719.8 million JPY with headquarters in Tokyo is a well established and a well-known Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) organization running call centers in various Asian Countries like China, Hong Kong, Taiwan etc.
The new call center has been functional from May 1, 2007. "MPG" and "MPC-Espire India" would own the exclusive marketing rights for the JV Company in Japan. Speaking on the joint venture Amit Rai, Chief Executive of Espire Infolabs said "It's a proud moment for Espire and India. In a way we have come a full circle, from initially offshoring and sending people abroad to having Foreign nationals live and work in India."
In Masterpiece India Co. Ltd., the executives would be a mixture of both Indians and Japanese nationals with Indians having the Japanese skill set. This Novel venture will reduce the labor cost to half in comparison to the BPO's in Japan. In turn India shall be benefited with the foreign employment generation. First time large number of Japanese people will be going to India to work for one year and at the same time they will be learning English, Hindi and Yoga in India while working at call center in New Delhi.
