At Espire, Raj heads the Microsoft Practice. He leads initiatives for capability building within our Microsoft Practice and, facilitates knowledge sharing between various internal functions. He is responsible for bringing innovation in Microsoft based solutions from Espire. Raj leads initiatives for developing and implementing best practices in Microsoft deployment & roadmap, architectural guidance/reviews, harvesting IP and capacity scaling in the Microsoft team, with emphasis on customer experience and ROI.

Raj played a leadership role in incubating the SharePoint Practice at Espire and was a significant catalyst in the conception and successful delivery of innovative Microsoft based solutions, especially around SharePoint, 0365, BI, Touchpoints, ALM and Security etc., In addition to his role in Microsoft practice, he is also leading the development of our Document Management service line.

Raj has over 17 Years’ experience in technology consulting, spanning diverse industry verticals and geographies. He has gained valuable knowledge working with global organizations including a long stint with Microsoft for close to 7 years.
