Kapil Tyagi is a key figure in Espire’s Emerging Technologies Center Of Excellence (CoE) for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Conversational AI. He brings on board, in-depth knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in RPA and Conversational AI space, along with over 15 years of experience in application development on Microsoft technology stack.

Kapil has hands-on experience working with the leading RPA platform UiPath and various Chatbot frameworks such as, Microsoft Bot Framework, Pitney Bowes EngageOne Converse and IBM Watson Assistant along with related cognitive services - Microsoft LUIS, QnA Maker, IBM Watson etc.

In his current role, Kapil is responsible for providing leadership (support), architecture and documentation related to RPA and Conversational AI practice. He is also helping in building capabilities around these extremely vital service offerings.
